Marketing Coordinator
Seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. As a leading provider of innovative solutions in the tech industry, our values collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Demonstrated experience with marketing software and tools. A portfolio showcasing previous marketing projects and campaigns.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.

Epilepsy Warriors Foundation (EWF) is an independent non-profit organization based in Blantyre, Malawi. EWF’s prime motto is bringing Epilepsy ‘out of the shadows.’ In 2018 a group of educated, dynamic and epilepsy activists living with Epilepsy and working in the development sector, got together to establish an organization for addressing the most urgent and pressing needs of people with epilepsy. Epilepsy Warriors Foundation (EWF) seeks to recruit a competent, committed and dynamic individual to join its secretariat in Blantyre for the role of project manager who will work under a Disability Rights Fund project titled “Breaking barriers to ensure no one with epilepsy is left behind”
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management, Excellent Facilitation, previous experience of working with school based structures and grassroots development structures
· Experience of working with persons with disabilities
